My daughter has built strong attachment to the educators. We have been there for almost a year. The educators have been very consistent and this speaks to the leadership of the director, Sarah.

The educators are truly wonderful angels who have always cared for my little girl, as if she is their own. They always let me know how my little girl have been.

The emotional and intellectual growth we've seen in her has been astounding. She’s more confident, social, and genuinely happy. The staff here are incredibly caring and attentive, and their dedication to each child’s well-being and development is evident in everything they do.

I'm so happy that my child had chance to spend 10 months with kind and professional educators in this centre before we move to Central Coast.
Zoe the room leader and other staff on the room made our expectations so high that we can't find a new centre to meet our expectations.
Also the management team are so professional and helpful. We were so sad for cancelling the enrolment. It was like saying goodbye to our family. Ario will miss you Zoe, Jo, Fenita, Barbara and Sarah.

I can’t recommend Lilypad enough!

The idea of someone else looking after your children can be scary but it’s something I’ve never had to worry about with my time at Lilypad.

Both of my children go here and have been since they were 6 months old (now 3 and 1.5 years old). My children are always well looked after and cared for and their development has absolutely blossomed since attending.

The educators go out of their way to build relationships with my kids and always make you feel welcomed as a parent.

Excellent management, experienced, responsive, knowledgeable and on top of things. Sarah and Barbara are true assets to the centre. The educators are all very caring and friendly, always greet my child with a smile and welcome us in when we attend. The centre itself unfortunately looks a little dull, it needs new toys/books/equipment and a fresh coat of paint to brighten up the whole place. I hope the owner will act on this feedback as it's a serious drawback compared to other centres in the area.

I cannot say enough good thing about Lilypad Childcare Centre. Friendly & caring educators, clean and safe environment, wide variety and nutritious food. My daughter started when she was 14 months and she is now 2 year old. I have had so much pleasure in watching her learn, grow, making friends, become more sociable in this year. My daughter definitely love this place and the educators a lot!
We got daily updates about how much my daughter eat, nap time and toileting details through the app. We can also see the daily journals with photos showing what our kids doing during the day. The photos always lighten up my day!
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all wonderful educators in this centre and also to Sarah and Barbara. We would highly recommend it to everyone!

I have been very lucky to have had both my kids go this daycare 4 years apart. The setup is lovely, always updating and renewing its look that keeps the children and parents both interested. The carers I've had for my kids have always been lovely, holding my kids tenderly and expressing sweet things. My kids have almost always run into the daycare with glee and come back with big smiles on their faces.
I would often stop by the kitchen for a second or so because of the aromas emanating from there for their morning tea, which was very comforting for me.
During COVID, the daycare did a remarkable job with the checks and ensured compliance so I trust they are up to date and can manage situations as they come.
For birthdays and change of rooms according to their age brackets, I loved how they made a big fuss and encouraged my son, but also kept to a pace that suited him.
Lilypad also showed lots of flexibility and I was able to get a place on a casual basis a few times when I needed it.
I will miss the daycare, the team and the convenient location immensely, and wish them the absolute best to continue providing excellent care.

Unfortunately I have to gravely disagree with all of the reviews thus far for this service. I strongly feel this is a preschool for parents and guardians who hold low standards of care for their children OR for other reasons (economic or logistical ) can not send their children elsewhere. My son’s father chose this school because of convenience, there was no amount of persuasion that could convince him to send my son elsewhere. Warning ⚠️: Even when my son came home from the school with a black eye (See the photo) and on another occasion he came home with a large contusion on his temple (see photo). Sadly 2 years on, my son screams and cry’s daily when being taken to school.

The educators are amazing, very professional and the best - special thanks to Dinali , Armina, and many more.
My son went here for three years- he loved it. Safe, clean, very well maintained. He still talks about all the teachers and what they taught him even after 2 years of leaving the daycare. Thanks to every educator in this daycare..
