Great shop beautifully set out. Such a huge variety of things here including men’s and women’s clothing and shoes, home wares, pictures, furniture, and so many beautiful crystal glasses and bowls. The books are great and everything is of high quality. Prices vary from very cheap to a little more expensive depending on brand and condition but there is no rubbish here. Parking available out the back and on the side street.

One of the best Lifeline store in Sydney. The stock turnover is really fast and the store manager and staff have put a lot of time and effort into make the items look appealing. We visit every two or three weeks and always find something attractive. It is a busy store but the staff seems always happy and patient.

Used to be my favourite shop but since the prices have increased a lot I have not visited the shop as often anymore. Still have a great set up and very good items as well as clothes. It’s just a bit pricey!

I feel the management definitely have no idea how to rectify the experience some of us have in this store. Their interaction at the counter is not pleasant. Almost everything has a more expensive mark up than if it were in new condition.
They were good for a while after my initial review and the pricing was affordable, but it looks like they've gone backwards again.

I love dropping in to this store to browse and buy. It's well laid out, with lots of variety of homewares, clothing and books. The staff are very friendly and committed. Some things seem a tad overpriced but it's all for a good cause.

A cheerful upbeat shop. Great presentation and lovely welcoming volunteers. Call ahead to double check if you wish to donate. All sorts of goodies to buy - clothes, shoes, homewares, books, toys, fabric, jewellery, vintage and new.

Staff member was spoke quite curtly when I came to ask if I could donate some items. She asked me, "what have you got?" So I started listing some items and she just shot them all down one by one. "No, don't want that, no.. No.. No, don't want that item." It wasn't what she said but how she said it. 30 second conversation that I cringe at for how rude she was. I'm sure it's not easy to sift through donations in order to obtain resalable items but she made me feel guilty for even trying to donate just by the way she spoke. That's all I remember when I drive past the store now.
