Suggestions for improving the layout of this store:

First of all, l do like this store, l visited a few times and bought some nice and cheap stuff.
I just want to give some kindly suggestions based on a unpleasant experience recently.

The glass cabinet in front of the cashier is filled with many items, which both obstructs customers' view and interferes with the cashier's work. Consider relocating these items to a nearby cabinet close to the cashier.

Sometimes, customers may be tired from work or study and may not notice someone standing nearby or behind . It would be more courteous to remind them politely rather than speaking poorly about them behind their back, as this could harm the store’s reputation.

I popped in to this store last Saturday (14/9) and what a pleasant surprise. It's a great little store, well laid out with a funky eye for detail- I had some fab finds and the prices are really reasonable. Pop in and have a browse and you might find a little treasure! I wish Gosford could jump on the band wagon and get some of the magic from this store. Yay for you, Lifeline Gosford 💙💕❤️♥️

What an incredible store!! This is one of the best second hand stores I have ever been to. Such an incredible selection of vintage and new peices I was blown away. And so well priced, really great value. The staff were also so helpful and lovely. Can’t wait to come back!!
