In my opinion, this company has some serious issues. Major problem contacting centre, what is their phone number?

Managers always need to be chased and never follow up on anything they promise. Workers are not properly supported and are blamed unfairly for forseeable issues. Management jokes in front of staff about how nothing is ever their fault- could it be any more unprofessional than this?

On top of all this, these managers are always in meetings, giving the impression of a totally top-heavy bureaucratic organisation.
