Easily the best first aid training I've had.
Typically refreshing my first aid is something I keep putting off because it's so slow, boring, not engaging and often confusing at some points.

I found Maggie to be such a joy. Her knowledge and experience is first rate and her confidence in her skills and abilities are top notch. She doesn't bumble her way through as though she learnt it the night before unlike some trainers I've had in the past.

I was able to ask questions and get proper answers to why things are done the way we do them - not just "this is whats in the text book". It felt like I was actually taught first aid and not just taught how to pass a test.

It's so great know WHY we do the treatment we're taught instead of just how. Knowing the reasoning behind the 'why' makes it so much easier to remember how to do things and have confidence that I'm doing the right thing.

I can definitely recommend her and will be using her again.

Money well invested in learning from Maggie. Couldn't recommend her higher. Her depth of insight into all emergencies relevant to infants and children was excellent and the examples shared of her experiences were invaluable. The hands-on dummies were invaluable practise to ensure we truly understood the CPR teachings. Our group appreciated her warm and informative approach which was often light-hearted when addressing serious events. She was also very timely and professional in the lead-up to booking her to teach our group. Thank you, Maggie!
