I recently completed my Certificate IV in Leadership and Management with LET Training, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to further their education.

From start to finish, I received great service from the Admin Team, Learning Support Team, and my Assessors. During my course, my initial assessor moved on, and I was assigned a new Trainer/Assessor. The transition was handled seamlessly, ensuring there were no disruptions to my learning experience.

Although I didn’t require much additional assistance, the training materials, webinars, and extra presentations provided clear guidance and made it easy to understand what was expected. However, whenever I had a question or needed further clarification, my assessors were always available and ready to help.

Overall, my experience with LET Training was smooth, well-structured, and highly supportive. I would encourage anyone looking to start their learning journey to consider LET Training.

Completed an online Diploma in Leadership & Management with LET Training, and no complaints with any of the service from administration, course delivery & assessments. The 12 modules were well developed, the course material & portal was easy to navigate through, and Marissa (my assessor) never delayed in correcting assignments and offering feedback. The interactive role-play sessions were easy to book in and had good availability when booked about a week in advance.

I studied a dual diploma and had great support from my trainer. The online training worked well for my lifestyle as I could fit this in between working full time and my trainer was very supportive and was quick with her replies. Would consider studying again.

I wish I had a good experience especially as I forked out $800. But quite the opposite. From the start, the content it self was convuluded and difficult to follow for me. They want you to watch an intro video - 1 hour long?!. Then my assessor Marissa was one interesting assessor. Whilst she replied to emails and tried to help, via Zoom wouldn't show her face so I didn't know who I was talking to and couldn't show her exactly what I had difficulty with. Their portal to upload assessment is so difficult to attach assignments, I attach them, they tell me nothing attached. I tried several times!!!. Then I email Marissa my assignments, she didnt want them via email telling me to ZIP file them. I felt like they were putting me to work for LET. So prehistoric. I have studied before but I have never wasted my money like this. Big regrets that I wasted money that takes me months to earn with now nothing in the end. Make sure you do your research!!!!
