Discovering and joining Learning in the Hills has been like having fallen into a pot of gold. I look forward to many years of doing courses I know I will love in arts, crafts, life story writing and games. A huge thanks to everyone not forgetting the wonderful friendships which are forming.

I have been coming to sewing classes here for over four years.
Our sewing teacher Ms. Leonie, is an amazing teacher, very patient (have to be with me?) and has a great sense of humour.
The amount of knowledge Leonie has is extraordinary. There must be a wall of filing cabinet's stuffed with sewing knowledge in her brain. Including a special 'LJ weird/quirky sewing project's' cabinet.

I must mentioned the incredible staff members (most volunteer’s) in the office. Their caring and kindness is evident and they always go that extra kilometre for the students.

There is a canteen for morning tea and they serve treats too, run by volunteer’s, they are lovely ladies.

If you want to do courses and be among other like minded folk. A place that cares and is full of kindness the this is the place to go.
It is like being part of a something.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.
