I found everything easy to navigate and all my emails were answered within a day of sending. All the information was useful and interesting to learn about. The fact that I could study in my own time and not be worried about getting assignments done at a certain time was just so convenient, as I am a full-time Education assistant and mum too. I studied Child and Adolescent mental health. I will recommend Learning Cloud for sure!

I've had a great experience with Learning Cloud. Every time I have contacted them I received the help I needed, the feedback from tutors has been great and the units of work suited me because you were often able to take them in the direction you wanted or needed depending on the reasons you were studying the particular course. If you are a motivated self learner then the online courses offered by Learning Cloud will be extremely suitable!

I'm 67 and enrolled in the aqua fitness teaching course. At first it was a bit daunting, one aspect of the course was not explained fully on enrollment. The assignments are explained well and you work on your course work at your own pace. I started mid August and have taken 3 months. I enjoyed the course and support was provided from the faculty when I needed it. Encouragement all the way through. I'm just about to submit my final assignment!

They don’t check up on their students or give them any updates about payment changes or ANYTHING. Biggest waste of money, you’re literally only going to pay $1,500 for a resume. Not worth the amount of money they charge. Nobody calls to check on your progress, they expect you to keep reaching out as if you’re the teacher and they are the student. They also take more money than agreed with no updates or confirmation calls. DISGUSTING amount of money for a trash company. Save your money , they don’t care about there students , only their bank accounts.

I enrolled as a mature age student in Botany introductory. I was totally hooked, learnt so much. The staff were very encouraging and instilled a confidence in me I thought I'd never get back. The ability to pace was reassuring as I am studying with illness. I am an example people that it's never to late. So go on find the confidence, take that step, you won't look back.
Now just deciding what to study next.?

Take 2. Decided on cert in horticulture.

Wish I could get a notification everytime someone wants to sign up for their floristry course so I can let them know not to fall for the obvious scam of a sales phone call they’re about to immediately receive from Learning Cloud. I have contacted them various times to cancel my enrolment as I am unemployed and currently looking after my terminally ill father, but all I get back is that the cool down period to change your mind about the course is 7 days ( well before your incredibly basic and easily google-able supplies arrive). Ive never submitted a single assignment, and no one has checked in with me to see how I’m going; I did however receive a text on my birthday recently that wished me “cake and champagne” which is BRILLIANT considering I’m literally a recovering alcoholic. I’ve now also received multiple emails that they’re going to “take legal action to recover the debt”, Which is terrifying considering I literally do not have the means to pay. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

I am a Veterinary Nurse with a focus on Wildlife Nursing and after I qualified, I wanted to extend my studies with as much training and information that I could.
I was interested in completing the Medical Terminology online course and contacted Learning Cloud for information. The moment I joined the chat with Sarah, I found her to be extremely efficient and helpful and I was impressed with how the facility ensures if this particular course would be helpful to my career. Sarah was lovely and I never felt pressurised, in any way, to make a decision there and then. But since I was impressed as to what the course content offered me, I did enroll immediately.
I can honestly say, without reservation, that this course was the most professionally structured and facilitated course that I have taken. The modules and units were extremely detailed and at no point was the student "spoon fed" - you have to apply yourself and concentrate and do detailed research, so you finish with a huge improvement in your vocabulary and understanding of medical terminology. But the units are are more than just terminology - they include information on Physiology and Anatomy that even though it was human based, I, as a Veterinary Nurse, have added to my training and understanding of body systems.
Tracy, my tutor and assessor, was so cheerful, encouraging and informative that I used to feel so chuffed with myself when reading my results (which were delivered no more than 48hrs after submission).

Well done, Learning Cloud, it was such an enjoyable and professional course.
