All parents, RUN from this company! It’s a place run by thieves. I am a parent who has used their services and I have had extremely bad experiences with them. I have found out that other parents have had similar experiences and have stopped using their tutoring services. I would have left them long back but decided to give them a chance when they were nice and polite and said this was all a mistake but then I noticed that these ‘mistakes’ kept happening, my child needed the tutor and so got screwed over time and again.

Initially you might have a good experience with their smooth talking customer service people (convincing customers to take their service and forgive them for their frauds as mistakes made by the “billing system”) this is a tutoring company which is built on exploiting the trust of its customers, waiting to find that gullible parent who’s not keeping track of their child’s lessons and billing details. They will test the waters and see whether you are noticing the fake lesson charges or the lesson bundles that you buy are not over but they will send you a new invoice for the next new bundle saying that your current bundle is already over when actually you might have a few lessons left. They will increase the lesson time on their own and charge you extra and you won’t know.

Beware if you have given them your credit card or bank details because they can charge at random and if you find out and call back they will show you some made up billing that you are not even aware of and will not return you your money. In fact, when this happened with me, they asked me for more money. I guess offence is the best defence they thought.

Sometimes the tutor cancels at the last moment, but LearnEd people will charge the customer for that lesson, saying they cannot find the lesson recording. All in all, behind the mask of being nice and helpful lies a bunch of very deceitful people and they are out to get the trusting customer’s money at any cost, by hook or by crook.

Also, they don’t pay their tutors and the tutors have to run after them to extract their dues which is anyway a paltry sum, while charging customers many times more. LearnEd tries the same tactic on them. If they forget to ask for their fees, LearnEd conveniently doesn’t pay them.

Things I LOVE about LearnEd, I can always get through to someone on the phone! Tutors are amazing! Their online portal is so easy to manage and no programs to download, classes are a simple click of a button! My kids can watch the sessions back before exams for revision. I can call or email the Tutor, and even though they are aligned to the Australian syllabus the tutor personalises the program to my children’s individual needs. AMAZING! Thank you LearnEd

I cannot thank Elias enough for his efforts in tutoring my daughter in her University Maths subject. He was great with explaining the methodology to solving equations and instilled a confidence in her that I’m super thankful for.

She smashed her exams with ease and has so many new tricks to get through her work.

LearnED has been a great way to increase my daughters confidence in Maths, the portal is great for lessons, and the interactive white board means the tutor can see her working out and explain as they go along. Some issues with billing at the start, but my emails were answered straight away.

Thus is an excellent platform to improve academic performance of your child. They are very professional. They tailor teacher’s expertise with your child’s needs. The management are very approachable and mindful of your expectation. My son loved his math teacher Selina and feeling a lot more confident to dig in AMC exam this year.
