All of my daughters have had swimming lessons here. Last week was pyjama week & my youngest experienced what it is like to swim fully clothed for the 1st time. She realised very quickly how much harder it is to swim in clothes. These sort of activities that they incorporate into swimming lessons are a great way for kids to learn how much harder it will be to get out of trouble if they accidentally fall into water fully clothed.

Anyone with young girls please be careful, there is a “life guard” there who was looking at my 14yo daughter very inappropriately. When I made a complaint a woman with an accent called at 6.28 that evening stating she would give me full refund. I still haven’t received the refund and I still haven’t even received an apology or resolve of my complaint.

Heated pool is always cold to point my child turns blue around their lips. Advertised as 30 degrees in the indoor pool, the thermometer reading shows it’s not even 30, consider that average body temp is 37, it’s very cold in winter, especially when they decide a door or window need opening.

Their staff are bullies, that’s why there is a high turnover as have been told by multiple ex employees. They don’t care about anything but getting your money and council have been no help either. I’ve tried to address issues multiple times over recent years to receive a stock standard “We value your feedback as it helps up improve our service”, and yet nothing improves.

There is one employee who is just the best and he so kind to other even was car was having some issues he still stayed calm and happy to make everyone’s day so much better I believe their name is Zach or something like that he is such a good person and I wish there was more people like him.

Even though the employees are doing there job I wish they could be a bit nicer there was one employee I didn’t know the name of but she was being very mean and controlling over my friends we soon left after the incident.

Over all our experience was great and I will love to return I love the people there the employees and the service and I like how much warning they give about the heat and the restrictions of the pool.

All I can say is thank you to everyone who made my experience so much better

My daughter has been going to swim lessons for quite some time now and her swim teacher is brilliant with the kids! I think her name is Rebekah, she has taught my daughter how to become more confident and comfortable in the water. My daughter has told me she loves her and that “she is so happy to have such an awesome swim teacher!” So thank you so much for caring about her so much!
