In full transparency, I have trialled Greystanes, Bella Vista, Parramatta and Castle Hill and of the four, the Greystanes studio is my favourite. Their classes are the hardest but best I've attended. Their instructors are attentive, knowledgable and friendly. They make the effort to check in with newcomers during and after the classes and provide intermediate alternatives. Their studio and amenities are always clean and tidy, and they always have parking too. I would highly recommend the Greystanes location.

Thanks to the amazing team of trainers who have helped me improve my strength, form and co-ordination I am addicted to Reformer Pilates. I have been pushed to limits I was previously afraid to after injury and I’m feeling amazing for it!
