My son has made many friends here and has become a lovely respectful teenager vs his poor behaviour in his other private school. So I feel it was worth moving school, however he wouldn't have got through the HSC without added tuition as the condense year 11 and 12 is intense. Therefore make sure as parent you check that all pre-learning from the teachers are kept up to date from the word go. The catchup if not done from the beginning is a killer.

Korowal is the most wonderful school. We absolutely adore it. The teachers are so caring, the standard of education is second to none. The remote learning during COVID was exceptional. I cannot rate the school more highly. Definitely take a visit to the school if you're considering it for your child. We did and were really impressed and since sending our daughter there have not been disappointed.

Our children have all attended Korowal and we have one there still. I found the teachers to be people who truly mentored my high school children. Students are shown respect but are also required to take responsibility which creates learning environments that are very engaging. My first child went on to study law and in the first year the law students were tested for academic literacy, he came first for the cohort I do believe that this is a testament to the way he was taught at Korowal. Active engaged and interesting classes that encourage deep and broad learning with teachers who are great people so command respect. The physical environment is beautiful and the culture is accepting and friendly. The education far surpassed my expectations.

The peace and tranquil atmosphere of the school has really provided my child who suffers from mild ADD the respite in focussing on his school work. Also his cohorts are supportive and welcoming, speaks volumes about the parents and teachers of the school.

A wonderful school. Korowal has guided my children throughout their school years, and the compassion and respect the teachers and staff shows the students is reflected in the childrens' attitudes to others. A true community of support, wonderful education and lots of fun! My children are very happy.

This school defined 2012 as the worst year of my young life. Their approach to “creative learning” was merely an excuse to do utterly nothing. Once more who “studies” the hobbit with year threes! (And never finish it?!) Please parents learn from our mistakes and thoroughly investigate schools before enrolling your children. I genuinly hope my experience was a one off, I will be very happy if other students had a better experience.
(Please note this was a significantly long time ago and there has been time for the school to improve, deeming my review invalid as an indication of wether to send your children to the school!)

Spent a good 8-9 years here. I still feel like I'm mentally behind and socially challenged from my time here. Worst school. Only good teacher is the support aid. Would not recommend. Parents please research schools before sending your kids there.
