Went into store today to have a browse. Was met with a really nice boy named Kaelan. He was very helpful & kind. Then when proceeding to the front register to ask them to open the change rooms I was rudely spoken to by a girl named Andie who had a very bad attitude & wasn’t very nice to customers. As I work in customer service I know how to treat customers & this definitely didn’t meet that expectation. I understand people have bad days but don’t bring the bad attitude to work.

Some people that work here are rude and condescending. Mostly the more older ladies. The masculine women. The somoan lady and the maddie. Don't need to be like that if you work in customer service, I'm never coming here again.

The staff there are excellent. There was a guy who assisted me to find a small bag. We could not find the one I wanted so I had to choose the bigger one and was about to pay for it. This guy left and came back quickly to the counter with 2 small bags (same size, different colors for me to choose). I was very happy because he tried while I were giving up for finding this type of bag. I bought one of the bags this guy got for me and could not be happier. Definitely will visit there more frequently.

I went to this K hub store about a week ago and looked around and they had pretty good stock and all, I bought myself a candle for $5.00 and I go up to the counter and the checkout chick has her hand out insisting for ME to pass it to her, didn’t even say anything except for “ $5.00 “ and I handed her the money and I said thank-you, no response at all. Usually their workers are so kind but this one had a retro grudge on their side. Did it with the person in front of me aswell. Poor service from this young girl.

Apart from checkout persons, the main duties of staff would be (1) put the merch on the shop floor and (2) tidy up after pig shoppers make a mess of the merch. There's never enough of (2) happening for mine. Amazing low prices on some merch.
