Terrible customer service due to understaffing when the store opens . At the service desk you will be ignored by staff behind the desk if you do not ring the bell but when you do you are told off as they are to busy to serve you. I have had to go back 3 times to get my return. Store is full of staff with roll cages who generally just get in the way of customers but refuse to help you. The store has very good prices and range but the clothes are disorganized and messy. I always find Melinda on the registers a friendly delight to deal with she is great with the customers!.

l want to say l was shocked today as ladies were marking down Christmas shirts to $1 l had already gotten some and asked if the could they please mark the ones l had, they said flat out no they were rude one more then the others. Your there to help the customer not show your authority but lady at front desk Thankyou .

Ordered printed photos from the self service machines. Went to pay with the printer docket and asked to also pay for my 7 items in the cart. Was told I had to walk over to the check out desk to pay for “that many items”. There’s no sign anywhere that states the service desk doesn’t take payments of more than 1-2 things as per what I was told. Kmart service and customer care is really going down hill, there’s little care and acknowledgment of the needs of the customer and it’s absurd that I have to go to two different locations to be able to make a payment and leave the shop.

HOMOPHOBIC!

I was out the other day just shopping around looking for some nice cloths for me and my boyfriend it was going just right until I went to go try on my new pants I found while browsing for some new cloths I walk over to the female change room because I’m gay and immediately this lady started to yell at me because she must be homophobic or something and the manager of the store drags me out of the store but thankfully my amazing boyfriend comes into save the day and starts recording the manager she attacked my amazing boyfriend and I leap at her on all fours biting her on the leg a security guard comes over a detains me and the police come over shortly and they throw me in the back of the car and put me in the male sections of the police station how rude my pronouns are she/her/plastic bag

Great, friendly staff who are around when you need assistance. A great place for a range of shopping needs. Usually parking available, however can be busy and difficult to find parking.

Thank you to Jo who assisted me at the photo centre after my photo USB was not ready. Jo offered excellent service, a refund and even delivered the USB to me at the caravan park where I was on holiday. Much appreciated!

I enjoyed the shopping here. Lots of bargains to be had. Need to have plenty of time to spare as the store is rather chaotic with so much produce on display they don't seem to have the time to organise the stock. It's a bit of a flea market atmosphere, but still enjoyable
