The staff at Kinda Kapers Belmont North go above and beyond every day. They are so kind and always professional. It’s obvious that they are focused on the needs of the children: my child loves daycare and comes home happy and full of stories about her day. Plus the centre is always immaculately clean and the admin staff are fantastic.

Edit: In response to the Kinda Kapers reply. This is a genuine account. Staff I can name who have left in the last 12 months include but aren't limited to: Nicole, Tia, Dany, Elise, Lane, Danni, Sarah. Staff who work there: Ann, Leane on front desk. You walk in, sign your child in via the touchpad, the reception desk is on the left and straight ahead is a door to the play area. Left and right are halls with the classrooms. Lifts to the left, stairs up and down are accessed straight ahead. This is a genuine account of a parent who placed their child in the facility. My experience may not be everyone's, but that's what a review is- a personal account of events and facilities.

We couldn't get our child out of there fast enough, unfortunately. This is the place parents go if they have no other option, though the educators themselves are committed and genuine. However, the staff change and leave on a very frequent basis and it appears they're not treated well while they're there. The rooms seem overfull with kids, while events, communication, activities and daily routines are very disorganised if not non-existent. The meals are very basic and we have been told the cook left. It simply isn't a happy place to put your child. I feel for parents who don't have another option.

My daughter has attended since the centre opened and I can’t speak highly enough of it. The staff are always caring and she comes home happy every day. Definitely recommend!
