If I could do minus stars I would have...
DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
READ BEFORE YOU DO!

The worse experience I've ever encountered for our toddler's first time!
Unbelievably filthy, disgusting, putrid ,Unclean, unhygienic environment. To be honest there were so much mouse poo and Wee everywhere from window sills to the skirting boards in and around the toys, bookcases -Everywhere the eye could see from front door to back!
I understand that we are currently experiencing a plague, We live 200 metres away from the centre and can manage to keep our premises moderately clean whilst this plague is happening. The amount of mouse poo and Wee that three members from our same household witnessed is deplorable that was inside and outside of this daycare centre.

I queried if there were a cleaner and there is not one I was informed that the educators of the day are responsible.

The amount of mouse excriments around the centre were not an overnight doing. There were way too much poo and Wee to even fathom the idea that it was overnight.
The mouse poo was swollen in the Wee on the floor in sections that had dried up, I am a firm believer this was more than missing a day of no cleaning.
And the worse thing imaginable is the fact that they are serving food to the children that attend hmmm.. Very concerning if you ask me.
I told the director that the centre is a reflection of herself and from what we witnessed is astonishing. We Instantly removed the child from the daycare.

I complained to the director of the centre of how filthy it is!
I also mentioned that I will be taking this further to the right authorities whom need to hear what is going on.
Maybe the $264 that they kept of mine could go towards a professional cleaner to come in and do the job accordingly seeing as they are not!
Or maybe towards a accredited course to be taught to the director on how the fundamentals of cleaning and hygiene is a must when there are children and babies involved.

I DON'T recommend this centre at all!
If you do, I highly SUGGEST that you request a full tour of the centre including the kitchen, fridge, oven and toilets, inspect everything absolutely everything. UPDATE - THEY CLOSED PERMANENTLY.. gee I wonder why!!!!
