If i could give them 10 starts I would!
Maria and her husband and all her staff have been amazing with my kids over the last 4 years. They go way way beyond expectations, the care my girls received at their centre in mortlake is amazing and I am very grateful to each and every single person there.
One of my daughters has special needs and i was struggling so much until god sent me Maria!

They care, love and work so so hard and have always met my expectations with my second daughter too and I can definitely say that their preschool program is also great! (My 4 year old girl can already write her name)
My daughters also came back home happy, clean, hair beautifully done and most importantly they come back with a very positive and happy attitude.
Thank you for your generosity and I am a very happy and a grateful parent.
I highly recommend kids@play!

Not sure what the previous review was about but it sounds like a disgruntled ex employee because Fair Works has nothing to do with it unless you are an employee.
Besides that, my child is enrolled and she loves going. I like the fact that the owners are always there and the odd occasion one isnt, i can call either of them or text on their personal mobile anytime. you will always get an email response late at night or on weekends too.The place looks fantastic, all new, new toys, new furniture and flooring. Chloe, Anita, Elysha are the best carers i have come across and my daughter absolutely loves them. Chloe is the second in charge and she is just beautiful, her preschool program and activities is the best. The experiences surprise when my youngest comes home and can tell me all the planets, days of the week, months of the year and all the seasons and she is 3 years old.
My daughter has asthma (severe) and one day she had an attack and stopped breathing (blue in the face almost) and Maria responded very quickly , she had to give her meds and perform CPR because she was starting to go blue from not breathing. 2 carer's went to her aid so quickly and responded before something more serious happened.
I believe this is such a great place. i will always be grateful for what they do my girls to teach them and to care for them.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PRECIOUS CHILD! My baby went to kids@play Mortlake. Came home with severe nappy rash. I called and tried to talk to the director Maria and she was so dismissive and would not even entertain you. Very nasty childcare I had to take them to Fairwork. Maria and the husband do not genuinely care for your child's well-being! BEWARE!!!

Best place to take your kids, the educators are very kind and helpful. And also you can follow up your kids progress on the website app, very useful to track their knowledge.

Educators are not the problem ,
But how Maria the owner conducts her business is , money is still owed ,credits not applied ,subsidies not refunded would not trust her or the business with your money
Look else where otherwise you'll be chasing your tail
