We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Kids Planet Academy (KPA).

The educators and staff all deserve special recognition for their dedication and creativity. They are attentive and wonderful with the children, and you can tell they really know each child as an individual. In addition to receiving Developmental Reports, we’ve had so many meaningful conversations with them about our child’s progress, development, and personality.

They are consistently coming up with new and engaging activities that inspire the children and encourage them to explore their natural interests. They put a lot of thought and effort into creating both a fun and educational environment. For events like NAIDOC Week, the educators go above and beyond to create meaningful activities that educate the children about Indigenous culture. Another fun theme was the Relaxation Week where they thoughtfully designed calming and mindful activities that help the children learn the importance of rest and self-care.

We also appreciate the thoughtful daily journal updates and photos. As a parent, it is incredibly reassuring to see what my child is up to throughout the day. These updates provide a wonderful window into the activities she is engaging in and are so helpful for creating continuity at home as we often build on what she’s learnt or experienced during the day.

Another standout feature of this centre is how neat and well-maintained it is. The environment is always welcoming and it’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable and confident leaving your child, knowing they are in good hands.

Finally, we like how there’s a wonderful sense of community at KPA. There is a genuine camaraderie among the families, and it’s been a joy to see our child form friendships.

In summary, KPA is more than just a daycare — it’s a place where children are encouraged to be their best selves in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment. We are so grateful to have found such a gem and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a centre where their child can truly flourish.

A beautiful and nurturing centre with lovely staff. The facilities are very clean and tidy, and the admin team are fantastic. The educators are so caring and enthusiastic about education and development. The staff turn over is low which has allowed my child to develop lovely bonds with all of his educators across the explorers and rockets rooms. Very grateful to have such a safe place to send my child, and cannot recommend KPA more.

A lot of interesting program to improve communication and hands-on ability. My kid loves it and also learned a lot. Gym class,, sushi workshop. A lot of activities goning on...and the staff are very patient and enjoy their work too.

Kids Planet Academy is an excellent childcare center. Not only Josephina, but all the teachers are professional and care for the children with love and affection. Especially when my son had difficulties during the initial settling period, they observed him more attentively and provided various strategies on how to help him grow in a better direction. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the teachers to ensure his happiness and growth. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable childcare where your child can thrive, I highly recommend it.

This is the BEST child care centre I ever found. My son has been going to the centre since it opened last year. My son is not the easiest child and previously has had difficulties fitting into other child cares we tried in the past. But now he is the happiest child at Kids Planet. Kids Planet has lots of wonderful and dedicated staff members across all age groups, who are not only friendly but also really care about the children. Alex, who is the head educator of my son's class, is an absolute super star, helping my shy son to be more confident and engaged and he communicates with me even about the smallest detailed observations about my son every day. Great outdoor area with partially covered roof as well. I also appreciated extra curricular activities like optional swimming class during summer. Really glad to see a lot more children joining now after the covid lock down. All the best!

Definitely one of the best you can find! All educators are highly responsible and proactive, they really take good care of every child. I can tell this centre has good policy and procedures in place from every drop-off and pick-up. My daughter loves here!

The staff at KPA is amazing. We have our some attending since 11 months old, he's now 23 months old and loves it. The educators are loving, creative and put a lot of effort in looking after each individual child needs. The centre is accommodating to tailor to different families styles. Alex, the owner is accessible, responsive and everyone is always available to help. The moments they capture of the little ones to share with us through the app is also so valuable.
