I am delighted to share my positive experience with Kids club Macquarie park centre. Both kids have been attending this centre for 3 years, and I am consistently impressed with the exceptional level of care and dedication provided by educators.

I cannot recommend a better daycare! Every day I see the staff go above and beyond for my son especially when he has those hard days settling in. The playground is amazing and the activities the kids get to do are great. From different crafts, experiences, science experiments, and cooking. I've seen such a change in my son since going there and he absolutely loves his school, his friends and his teachers. They also have a wide variety of food options which has been great getting my son out of his picky eating habits. You will love bringing your child here. You are greeted with friendly faces the moment you walk in.

Kids Club Macquarie Park is a truly wonderful childcare center. My son has attended the center for almost a year and the staff treat him like family. The rooms are always clean and set up with activities each day that are tailored to the kids interests, their communication to parents through the app is excellent, and my son is so clearly happy to attend and see his amazing educators and friends each day. Directors Parmoon and Sally are always welcoming and around to help, and take the time to get to know each family.

I do not recommend this day care centre. My son sustained bruising on his forehead whilst in their care, and I was advised of two different versions of how he sustained the bruise, and after demanding an investigation I was advised that my child fell off the high chair when the educator turned around to put another child in a high chair. This high chair incident was conveniently left out of the incident report that I was asked to review and sign. The gross negligence and dishonesty is incredibly upsetting and alarming. Following a visit to ED I was advised that the bruising on my son's head was likely sustained falling from height.
I understand that injuries happen and educators work hard juggling a number of kids at once, but this is not an excuse to be dishonest. As a parent you should be made aware of any incident/s that may likely cause an injury, so appropriate first aid or injury management can be carried out. Irrespective of how minor or major a head injury may seem at a superficial level, any or all incidents that may have likely caused it should be communicated honestly. Children, particularly young babies have had lifelong consequences due to head injuries, and in worse case scenario death. I regret putting my son in their care.

Kids Club Macquarie Park is the best childcare centre we have sent our son to. The staff are warm, caring and dedicated to creating fun and creative learning opportunities. Under their care, our son has learnt to become more confident, social and independent.
Not to mention the grounds: featuring an outdoor play area with a helicopter, fire truck, sandpit, mini soccer field and bikes, it was love at first sight for our son (and us…).
Have recommended the centre to many friends. Keep up the outstanding work!

The team at Kids Club are amazing! The care and love they provide to my daughter is outstanding, and she is always so happy to go. The centre is lovely, with clean, safe, and fun activities for all age groups. They have amazing programmes that focus on the goals of each child, and the team genuinely cares about providing new and diverse experiences for the children. I could not recommend them enough!

A big thank you to all the educators and staff for making our children feel so loved and respected in their first year of childcare. The online app gives us opportunity to ask our eldest to share what she has learnt/done during the day. The programs are designed are adaptive to the need of the children which makes the learning so much more personalised for our kids and they love it.

The educators are friendly, patient and understanding. The facilities/playgrounds at Kids Club allows our girls to be active, creative and imaginative.
