Kids Club is a wonderful daycare in the area. Having done my research and been to multiple centers in the CBD and surrounds, Kids Club is by far the best. The educators are kind, knowledgable and incredibly hard working, making sure the children have a fun and engaging time whilst in their care. They certainly think of more activities than I could! My little boy started at 10 months and the team supported us both through the transition. The centre is clean, warm and welcoming and the food is fantastic too (these kids eat better than most of us!). I also found their commitment to child safety and their accompanying policies very reassuring. I could not recommend this centre more!

Our family loves kids club Surry Hills! After touring five centers this was by FAR the best. I am a very picky person and it stood out in so many ways, the caring staff, the CLEANLINESS (big one for me), new toys, fabulous outdoor play area with bikes and cubby and cars, sandpit, veggie patch and more. Also, Chef Gina is incredible and makes properly nice food (not the nursing home style stuff) she even does grazing boards for the kids. So boujee.
We enrolled my daughter at 2.5 years and after being solely in my care I thought it would be a hard transition and while it was a difficult adjustment as expected, after two weeks she assimilated seamlessly thanks to the love and care of the staff. All of the children are so sweet and caring and always greet her. She always comes home happy and excited to tell me about her day and all the fun activities they do - also highly educational.
Fabulous place. Kathy the centre manager is a true gem and there is a great sense of culture and community there. Big shout out to Kids Club!!

My partner and I visited Kids Club Elizabeth street today. We fell in love with it immediately from the moment we met Cathy (the Centre Director). She is very welcoming, smiling, and friendly.

Cathy took time showing us around, explaining their philosophy & programs and patiently answered all our questions. The facility has a great layout with a nicely sized outdoor play area, which we’re sure most kids will enjoy a lot. The Centre looks very clean, modern, organized and in a great location.

At the end of tour, Cathy put us on the waiting list and gave us a lovely gift pack for our to be born twins. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Cathy, thank you so much for your thoughtful and helpful advice. Greatly appreciated! We would 100% recommend Kids Club Elizabeth street.

Unfortunately, we are deeply shocked and disappointed by the level of care, or lack thereof, that our child received.

It was her first week, second day to be precise. When my husband arrived to pick up our child on Friday around 4:50 PM, he found her crying in the middle of the room. Upon asking educator about the situation, she briefly responded that she is missing mummy.

It is beyond comprehension how two educators could stand by, observing a distressed and crying child, without offering comfort or investigating the cause. This response is not only inadequate for an educator but also as a basic human reaction.

The moment they left daycare she mentioned she couldn't move her left arm and it was in pain under her skin.

After finishing work, I visited the Kids Club to speak with the educator on duty - Kristina myself. Her brief response that no accident had occurred was baffling. Additionally, when we undressed our child, we noticed a scratch on her left side near the collarbone and multiple bruises on her legs.

It turns out she was indeed missing her mummy because she was in pain. As confirmed by the doctor at the hospital, she had a pulled a left elbow.

We cannot understand how two educators could overlook such an incident as a pulled elbow.

We have lost trust and faith in the level of care at the Kids Club. We do not believe the educators possesses the necessary empathy, emotional maturity, or seniority to care for our child adequately.

Our child was at Kids Club Elizabeth St for just over 2 years and was in every room within the centre. We always knew it was a safe space for her and that there would be lots of learning and play opportunities each day. The educators are great at providing updates and Gina's cooking is unparalleled! It was always comforting to know our daughter was getting fed the best quality food and I always looked forward to the parent days so we could enjoy some of her cooking as well 😉
We would definitely send our next kid here, highly recommend!
