My kids were enrolled here last year, I would definitely not recommend, although a few staff were professional, lovely approachable and welcoming most were not, my son was left in a soaking wet pull up all day from 6:30am to almost 4pm not one educator thought to check him! Absolutely broke my heart picking him up from daycare putting him in the car then noticing he was cold and wet with urine even through down to his socks, neglected to say the least.

I genuinely hope many things have changed at this service for all future families.

I have been a parent at Kids Academy Penrith since 2020. I have always spoken so highly of the centre, staff and environment. In more recent months I have noticed such a change in the centre, in a positive way. My daughters are always so happy to be coming to the centre, and always have so much to say about their day and how much fun they have had. Their days are always filled with activities, aswell as healthy tasty options for their meals provided to them.
I always have recommended kids academy and will continue to do so.

My daughter has recently finished up at Kids Academy Penrith, we are so sad to leave, however it was time to move on. The educators have been wonderful and we noticed such a positive change when Miss Scotia took over. I highly recommend Kids Academy Penrith to anyone wanting quality education and care for their children.

My boy has been going to KA Penrith for close to 2 years now.

The centre was recommended by friends and we are very happy with how he is progressing and how he is flourishing.

His language, motor skills and creativity are being focused on by the teachers and we have seen a markable difference.

Its daunting trying to find someone you believe has the best interest for your child and who will be looking after your child in your absence. KA Penrith is somewhere I would recommend!

My son was here for a little over 2 years. He was there for 6 hours one day and when he was picked up, he had the same nappy on as the one we left him in, apparently someone forgot to write his name on the day sheet, and so no one thought to check his nappy, got horrible nappy rash from that.
He was constantly brought home with shoes full of sand and no socks, and his feet would be all red and sore, I know sometimes kids are funny with shoes, but still doesn't look good.
Every 3rd time I would pick him up, I'd ask how he went and no one would know how he went or anything about his day.
A few teachers I would rarely see stand up, and just yell at kids from their chair.
My son is autistic and need a little more help than usual and we know that can be hard, but they forced him up to the big kids room when he wasn't ready, and we walked in to see him sitting at a different table than the others while everyone else was eating and he had none, I went out and asked if he was hungry and he said yes, so I asked the teacher if she was going to give him any food, and she told me that she yelled out that food was ready and he didn't come up to grab any, and so she assumed he just wanted to sit down alone and not eat
We wanted to pull him pull him out, but no others schools had spaces and he had friends in this school so he didn't want to leave.
Some teachers were amazing, but unfortunately the ones that weren't amazing, were not great and made terrible mistakes and just didn't seem to care.

The educators at Penrith Kids Academy are outstanding. Always so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. My kids absolutely love going to school everyday!

Sending my daughter to the centre was the best decision I ever made. She LOVES it. The staff are so loving, caring and on top of her needs I cannot fault them or the centre. We are so thankful to have found such a beautiful place to send our daughter each day
