My children love coming to Kid'n Around Yowie Bay so much so that when we pull up at the centre they cheer! Due to us moving around Sydney, our children have been in many childcare centres so I've had a lot of opportunity to see how other centres work. This centre, I feel offer a personal approach to educating, with weekly themes and activities that offers purpose to their learning. It uses its space really well so theres an area for playing, exploring, crafting, reading etc and i like the idea of reviewing the children's activity book.

Amazing Center.

Been sending my children there for 3+ years. Staff are so lovely and friendly towards the children. Center is very clean and tidy, my children have very rarely been sick.

My daughter has attended kid’n around for the past 6 months and I have found the centre to always be extremely welcoming. I notice it’s always very clean and I often see the educators doing extra cleaning. The educators are attentive and kind- I have an extra clingy daughter and they have been amazing with her. She especially loves Bronte.
There are always activities organised and I love getting art and craft from my daughter every time she attends. My daughter also has excellent hand hygiene which she tells me she has learnt at the centre. My daughter is always well looked after and clean when it’s time to go home.
I can say since she is clingy and I don’t like to leave her abruptly that I have probably had a greater opportunity than most to observe how the centre works.
I have recommended kid’n around to a few friends whose kids also now attend and would recommend to anyone!

Update- service received a multitude of dept of education breaches for their behaviour and standards. Their new quality rating has yet to be assessed. Horrendous owner and director. The following list is what I personally witnessed- inadequate supervision of children, bias and hostility towards children- not just my own, disgraceful and harmful control of infectious disease- specifically educators and owner working when sick, educators talking about being wasted and out clubbing and kids asking what being drunk and wasted was, negating children's sense of well-being. New children left walking around crying with zero care or empathy from educators. Educators yelling at children to go to sleep and yelling at them to stop talking and eat their food. This is not a place I would ever trust again to keep my child safe.

We were lucky enough to secure a spot at Kid'n Around Yowie bay when we moved into the area. Daycare spots are incredibly hard to come by. What we love about Kid'n Around: Jade and her team of educators are very pro-active and creative. The kids have a lot of free-range time to explore in the amazing outdoor set-up. Getting dirty and investigating is encouraged and a lot of nature play. Miss Katie from Happy feet also visits once a week and they kids love it. It's a very small group of kids of all ages as well. So siblings can all hang together. Communication is great and the indoor room is very engaging and updated with fun activities daily. The daily routine is also flexible and led by interest of the kids and they ask for parents and children's feedback often. Highly recommend! Also, lots of parking for pick-up and drop off in a nice street with Lorikeets living in a tree right outside.

My daughter loves it and is always happy. I also like all educators here and overall vibe of this center.
