Visited on the 24th at 1.40pm the Manager was outstanding and gave exceptional customer service. I didn’t think it was a thing anymore in fast food. Well done you are a great role model to your staff.

KFC is no longer a restaurant. It is a giant food vending machine. You don't interact with anyone when you arrive you place your own order via a TV screen then when it's ready some teenager just yells your name and you collect your terrible food from an unmanned counter. Is this really how bad things have gotten. I know it's not an outback steak house but surely you can get some human interaction?

My whole family is sick after going here. The tenders I ordered were the size of a cockroach absolutely pitiful for the price, chips were cold and soggy. A disgrace to the Colonel

Stopped by when driving back to Sydney from Gold Coast. It seems to be a new store, exterior design is quite different and tastefully done, there is even an art of Colonel Sanders on the wall (rare).

Staff needs more training, there were 2 missing pieces in one single boxed meal, if we were to go (takeaway) like most customers of this store, we would have walked away with a loss 😉

Staff were fantastic, helped me when I placed an order at the wrong store!..
My Twister was the best Twister I have ever had, so full & tasty, my husband's Zingers were also fantastic. Toilets smelt good & were very clean. Thank you to the Staff.
