A Rude male staff took our order in drive through window. When we get home , this is what it looks like inside our box of chicken (family feast). unacceptable. We are requesting the manager of this workplace to re -train these staff members involved on this day on how to deliver a good customer service and how to cook the chicken properly.

The kids running this place are imature , yelling ,laughing very loud , running around the restaurant being stupid, food was dripping with fat. The Table are dirty.
I think they need a senior person supervising . We will not be back very disappointed. Was not a pleasant experience at all

WOW the girl that served us last night (public holiday 7/10/24) long platted hair, nose ring and was a key holder, DID NOT WANNA BE THERE.. dragging her feet, chewing her gum mouth wide open - even when talking to you, leaning on the counter- also when talking to you, bad service SUPER bad attitude, I mean come on there’s not wanting to be at work but popping bubbles so loud people can hear?! lol
Ps, the whole restaurant was filthy and the hot and spicy was just crunchy plain chicken, take the boxes off the counter and sweep a floor!!. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD FOOD AGAIN why do we keep wasting our money!!!

The staff are pathetic and the food is substandard. MANAGEMENT PLEASE TRY AND HAVE A CARE FACTOR. The responses are generic sent automatically and that's why the responses are the same, 1 Customer gave date, description of staff and detailed their problem BUT was still asked to send more details,,,, I would never buy from this outlet again. Deserves minus stars..

I got severe food poisoning from this kfc i ended up in hospital for there boss to abuse me denying all claims when it was the only thing i had eaten that day I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING THERE EVER
