I was in physiotherapy for a period of ten months for my knee and wrist workplace injuries with Gabriel. We sat down and discussed my injuries and pain as I was sent home to walk adding kilometres on and bounce off walls in my own time, despite my consistent complaints of pain and inabilities to function in my home. Throughout the duration of my treatment I had not a single one on one treatment in the establishment. The reports were written to EML as I spoke and I left. I didn’t know otherwise, I did as I was asked. My injuries worsened to crutches and severe pain to generate CRPS that I was forced to Sydney to commence my one on one treatment plan with Andrew at Auburn Central and all new treating doctors where I am now off crutches and doing additional hydrotherapy as being recommended in Sydney. I obviously DO NOT recommend Keystone Health Kempsey as it’s affected my life and my mental health to a downhill spiral where I had to eventually stop working as I did not take one day off work sitting at my desk as during the ten months I was able to work until I was reduced to crutches ;(

Had my first class in South West Rocks with Geraldine yesterday. Always a bit sceptical with a new instructor but found Geraldine very friendly, supportive and we did lots of new exercises. Very happy client indeed. Highly recommend her classes 🙂

I used to see Michael for my back pain when he had a clinic at SWR, he is one of the best physiotherapists I've been to. He is also excellent at giving exercises to improve problems in the long term.
