We celebrated our wedding at the KCHSLSC in September and it truly was the most incredible day. Amanda (venue coordinator) was responsive, enthusiastic and professional to deal with in the lead up to our wedding. We met with her prior to discuss logistics and layout of how the day would run. The day ran so smoothly and all our guest commented on how great the staff were and how stunning the venue was. The drinks were reasonably priced and there were so many options. The catering - Mezzaluna2240 - was incredible, I only wish I had eaten more of the delicious Italian food on the day. This is a stunning venue, I'd love to work with Amanda again and hold another event here in the future. Thank you!

An apt location for the surf club as the waves are simply awesome. To a novice like myself, the crashing waves seemed dangerous but I noticed that the surfers were having a whale of a time riding the waves. On the premise we chanced by two Pandanus tectorius, a species of Pandanus (screwpine aka pandan).Very nice!

crescent head patrol yesterday the 20th Jan,provided a professional service to the many swimmers in the water.
One patrol member on a rescue board rescued 4 people and got them back to shallow water.

One older life saver continually moved people back between the flags.
the drone operator noticed a shark in close to swimmers,so beach was closed until all clear.
all in all a truly professional job done by these volunteers.

The lifesavers sit taking and not watch the water. 2 children were stuck in a rip between the flags and they didn’t notice them. One life saver sat with his back to the water 90% of the time. By far the worst surf lifesaving I have ever seen.

Renee and Amanda who worked behind the bar for a wedding I attended were dreadful and rude. The venue itself was nice but the service from these two was embarrassing. Ruined a good wedding by working a job they can’t handle.

absolutely appalling service, so rude and refused serviced as we walked over with a pie and got told we aren’t to eat it there so we walked away, came back and she had put the “closed” sign up. but as we walked away to leave she took it down and started serving people. this is disgusting.
