Honestly, disappointed. I left today on the 2nd part of the course demoralised . I am struggling with comprehension, and the trainer basically said I'm not doing the test for you, which is not what I wanted. I needed help understanding and got nothing in return . John kells used to be amazing. it's not what it used to be . As a downside, the roll I wanted is now gone. This has absolutely crushed me. I would never recommend them i was told i could just come back monday and resit the test and as i explained, to david if I don't understand it now what is monday going to prove . His methods of teaching and his poor attitude reflect porelly in the name of John kell .

The test is jammed down your throat in 2 days its overwhelming they need to strech it out so people.like.me have more time to absorb the information as a downside i have decided to report this directly to the EPA as I belive its warranted at this time .

We applied for an online course and decided 10 minutes later that it wasn't for us. They refused to offer a refund on the course fees.

We would have been happy even if they had a cancellation fee of sorts, but instead they kept all of our money.

Very highly recommend not dealing with this company.
