Just be aware people - few yrs ago my son was attending Kari school hoilday program with them. The staff there asked my son questions like what happens if you do something wrong? What trouble do you get in? Does your mum get angry? Other Similar questions like this over few days that he attended. Finally my son asked me why do they (kari staff) keep asking him questions like that. So after talking to my son my understanding is that these people were trying to find some drama/information/crap to turn it around about my sons welfare and a possible case of neglect or abuse etc. I did talk to kari staff and they said - we didn't mean anything by it - but why would kari ask a child questions like that on a school hoilday program - their reply we were just talking (sure whatever). This happened at the Liverpool office. So be careful if you send or leave your kids with them for any reason.

Our experience as foster carers with this agency was traumatic. They should not be allowed to be involved in out of home care. Our foster child missed out on necessary interventions and we received no support. We were threatened repeatedly. We had to fight to get transferred to another agency and the process took 15 months.

We cared for a high needs child and received no support and just the basic allowance: this meant that the child didn’t receive their duty of care and neither did we.

Thankfully our new agency has strong ethics, they're supportive and they've helped us to recover from the damaging experience that KARI put us and our child through. We have never received any apology. Nobody has ever wanted our feedback.

They simply don't care. If you are considering this agency go elsewhere.

I'd just like to say thank you so much KARI foundation for the support to allow me to gain skills on driving lessons with on roads schooling and due to that I passed my driving test 1st go and I'm on the road with P plates woohoo 🎉🙏❤️😊😊😊
