Did my First Aid here recently and was impressed by the trainers, staff & service. I’ve done first aid at other places and nothing beats KARBEN. Close to public transport and food options next door or across the road for tea time breaks. I’ll be coming back for sure. Keep up the great work guys

The trainer was so fascinating to listen to! He had so much knowledge & obviously many years of experience. The facilities themselves were great - modern, clean & comfortable. The admin staff were helpful and friendly from the first phone call. Karben Training were recommended to me, and I would highly recommend to others.

I just completed my course through Karben and they are fantastic. I had no experience in school aged care before I started the course but I now feel competent and job ready. The structure of the course was great, as you do a placement at a workplace and most of your units/ assignments relate to what you do at that workplace. The unit content is relevant, where you learn laws, lesson plans, reflections and how to plan activities.
My Trainer/ Mentor Nick was outstanding, he was professional and was always willing to help with any question I had.

I have used this service for many years for my first aid. I can not recommend them enough. The staff, trainers and the content make it easy and fun at times during the classes.. im a person that struggles with exam situations and due to the way these training sessions are run i feel comfortable and find im actually relaxed when it comes to the assessments

I’ve been going to KTS for first aid every time my certification requires renewing. I attend as a professional requirement and TBH, don’t always wish to attend but have always found the instructors to be engaging and knowledgeable. This years booking I was required to cancel twice due to a funeral and then a serious injury. The reception have been very understanding and helpful with rescheduling.

The training delivered was very professional. Scott was professional and has very clearly been there and done that. It means that he delivered the material in a manner that matches reality, focuses on the important aspects and does so with a level of credibility that is sometimes lacking from less competent instructors.

I have been required to attend a number of first aid courses and re-qualifications over the years, and the course run by Karben was without doubt the most effective and efficient one I have ever attended

The Trainer we had, Rod is extremely knowledgeable & delivers the information in a relaxed,yet informative manner backed by years of professional on the job experience.
