Terrible customer service . Paid the money, didn’t get any further emails. Tried to call but kept just getting put on hold and then it would hang up. My son will now try another white card provider. I doubt we will get our money back. Not recommended in any fashion

I enjoyed the Certificate 3 Supply Chain Operations class especially with easy going classmates. The theory is very enjoyable but the pratical is done at another site with multiple different trainers and the trainers training and teaching approach may vary significantly. More course preparation is needed. But overall the theory at Just Careers Training Bankstown location is what I enjoyed the most. Yazmine the course coordinator is a very nice and hard working course coordinator.

Absolutely bad experience with the service. My verification call they missed and they apologised, I wasted my other important things due to it.
Also booked for 4 other people, one of them is supposed to receive the certificate by 5 working days but now has been almost 3 weeks and haven’t received and the tracking number that is provided is untraceable. The second person missed their verification call and they want to charge $15 for it but doesn’t have the eftpos machine or it is down to make the payment( what a joke), I have been trying to make the payment for it for almost a week now.
The other 2 people only God knows how long it will take to resolve.
