Our children have been attending classes at Julie Logan music for three years now and it is the highlight of the week for both of them (and I really enjoy it too!). Julie Logan Music has been one of the best things I have done for my two girls. My eldest (now 9yrs) completed the music program and then went on to join Song Crew the following year. It has been the most amazing and beautiful thing to see her self confidence grow. She has gone from being a very shy little one to a beautifully confident 9 year old. My kindergarten girl absolutely loves her weekly music class too. All the teachers are so talented, nurturing and caring. Another great thing about it is, we have made lovely friends over our time with Julie Logan Music.

My daughter Penelope started with Julie Logan Music as a 6 month old baby, she is now 5 and about to start school. The music program is progressive and builds knowledge each week and year. Music skills build the foundation for literacy, and many of the skills attained in Julie's music classes are transferable to school. Sitting, listening, comprehension, co-operative play, are all skills learned in Julie's classes. My daughter has grown in confidence tremendously as a result of Julie Logan music. She also has a great sense of rhythm, and I often find her singing to herself! She is also doing very well at ballet, and I am certain that this is because of all of her music classes. We are looking forward to many more years with Julie Logan and her inspirational music classes.

Our daughter has been attending Julie Logan Music (aka Do Re Mi!) since she was 6 months old. We have no doubt it has contributed immensely to not only her love of music, but a love of learning more generally. She is now about to turn 9 (whaaat?!) and still gets to enjoy Julie’s tutelage by being a member of the wonderful Song Crew choir. Highly recommend this wonderful Newcastle institution.

Our 3 children have attended Julie Logan Music and are now exploring instruments of their choice (violin, drums and piano). Their teachers often comment on how quickly they are picking up techniques and skills, and I have to reflect it back to Julie's program.
They all loved attending the play driven music program for multiple years and have developed a greater love of music and confidence (amongst many other benefits) as a result.
