A Beautifully Maintained Park for a Perfect Stop

Whenever we are either staying or passing through Tenterfield, we make it a point to have lunch at Jubilee Park. The grounds are always well-maintained and beautifully mowed, offering a serene spot to relax. The large, majestic trees provide ample shade, making it an ideal location for picnics, even on hot days.

The park’s facilities are fantastic, from clean and well-kept public toilets to BBQ areas and seating. We appreciate how beautifully clean the toilets are, enhancing the overall experience. The playground and walking paths along the creek are a bonus for both kids and adults to enjoy. Whether you're looking for a peaceful break or a fun family outing, Jubilee Park is an excellent stop.

A big shaded and gated playground.

There’s a big maintained grassy area that borders a walking path by a creek. There BBQs and picnic tables too.

Parking is along the road and its just a short walk to Coles to pick up snacks. 🙂

My 3 year old and 7 year old both had a fun time playing. It was a bit wet in parts so we just made a little game of filling the water spots with the mulch on the ground.

My 3 year old especially likes to play “shops” and there is one under the slides.

Meanwhile my 7 year old loved climbing on the DNA structure.

Great park. Bike path that runs along the creek. Some good bird spotting. Plenty of shade. Upgraded skate and bike park.

Beautiful park, plenty of green grass to crash on, lots of benches to pull up for lunch. Lots of beautiful 100+ yr-old trees, perfect for picnicking under. Also great pergola with avenue of hedges. Covered playground for kids. Great for family BBQ's and gatherings, or even weddings.
