Joes lessons have been fantastic for my 4 year old son, he started off earlier in the year very uncoordinated and reserved, being too shy to ask or answer questions. He is now confident in both the classes and at home and his coordination and balance have improved drastically. The classes are fun, high energy, full of motivation and really well balance, I would highly recommend them for any parents thinking about self defence classes for their children.

Just want to thank Joe for bringing a new found confidence out in my 6yr old son who has Autism. Before starting Joe’s classes all my son wanted to do was sit in his room & not interact with anyone other than close family members. As the weeks are going on he is interacting more & more with the other kids & he absolutely loves going to Joe’s lessons each week. I would highly recommend Joe’s classes to anyone who has a child with similar struggles as my son. Joe treats my son no different to the other kids & for me that’s a big thumbs up, so thank you Joe for making my little boys week every week

Joe's self defence class has done wonders for my 5 year old daughter. She has really come out of her shell in just 1 term. She started only being able to stay on for short periods of time before it got too much for her and now she stays on the full lesson and has improved so much. Her confidence has increased and she has learnt so many valuable skills to use if ever she feels uncomfortable / the need arises. She now looks forward to going each week.
Joe is so patient and good with the kids and I can't wait to see what next term brings.

My 7yo boy has come leaps and bounds since first starting self defence with Joe.
He was quiet, timid and anxious to even yell out for certain parts of class.
Couple of weeks down the track he has become so much more confident coordinated, his ability to focus has also improved. The class is always energetic which helps keeps the kids pumped up. I couldn't be any more happier with the results we are getting
