A stiff neck and upper back while in town, and decided to give this place a try. Staff were friendly and professional, and practice was clean (maybe they have just moved in as there were things that were unfinished). I told the chiro about my issue, and then he advised that I would need to travel to another practice to get an x-ray and treatment there. As I am travelling I couldn’t drive, and so the appointment stopped there. Still charged $70 for telling the chiro my issues. Feeling a bit jibbed. Won’t be back.

I'm really impressed with this chiropractic clinic. Having gone for a few weeks my body feels great and have increased mobility through my back and hips. I also had a jaw issue which has almost completely disappeared. Jimmy is very knowledgable and talks you through your issues and his approach to resolving them. He is also very genuine and personable as is Lee on reception who is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommend.

I was thrilled to be back under Dr Jimmy’s care when I moved to Newcastle. He had been my chiropractor in Sydney and was sorely missed. I walk past a number of other (undoubtably capable but would they really be as good?) chiropractic clinics and hop a bus to Jewells for my regular tuneup. I find Dr Jimmy very knowledgeable and supportive and he helps keep my damaged ageing body moving well. Love his support team too.
