Janison's website clearly states about any inquiry on process of re-evaluation of ICAS result should be directed to the ICAS assessment email address. However, I sent through two email inquiries, two weeks passed, they have not been responded at all.
For an internationally-recognized gold standard in academic competitions (per ICAS website), one's inquiry about its process can be easily ignored; in another word, you can certainly ask your question(s) according to the instructions given by its official website, but they would decide if they are willing to answer.
This leads to the questions: what was exactly paid for? Where is the so-called GOLD standard really standing at?

Extremely poor organisation of the ICAS exams. No communication to parents leaving us waiting for at least an hour for pick up. Was there for over 2 hours for a 35 min test. Will not come back.

Too noisy, if a paper exam, is very good place. But I have failed my CFA exam a year ago because I could not concentrate, as a girl which was sitting next to me was typing like a submachine gun. NO noice isolation and no options to concentrate.

Very poorly organised. Test centre entrance is a choking point. Parents had to wait in a very long queue (minimum 40 minutes). Pickup is again a nightmare, waiting for more than 30 minutes. Test centre management should try to do better job. Really disappointed.

It takes 4 weeks extra to release the ICAS exam results as compared with other exam centres. Can’t imagine how the process getting this inefficient. Very disappointed.

If the park is holdings a horse racing (or ANY noisy event), there should not have an exam☹️ The noise on the field even caused the classroom lights to flicker… Cloudy weather, thunder , loud noises, trembling ceilings and flashing lights, not sure if we are taking an exam or in a horror movie 😱The only star is for staffers, they are kind and patient.

Best examiners I have ever dealt with. They worked to ensure my exam was sorted on super short notice and I did not need to stress about anything. Couldn't recommend more highly
