It was towards closing of the store when I went in looking for an external hard drive, and I was greeted by Jacob who gave me education on the different types of storage solutions, and patiently explained as I was making my decision. I intend to NEVER enter that space again!

I would prefer to drive to another place.
Staff were delightful and helpful, but as an older person , space is difficult to negotiate, was not able to use the lower counter at the side to pay for my purchases, which had been made available to me on a previous occasion.

This is not the only place available to purchase a phone, or indeed, anything else!!:(

I had a fantastic experience at JB Hi-Fi Top Ryde! I was looking for a vacuum cleaner, and Rebecca (if I got the name right) was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand my needs, did some research, and gave me great recommendations that suited me perfectly. Her knowledge and customer service were outstanding! I highly recommend this store and will definitely be coming back again.

Staff were polite and helpful, very disappointed with initial warranty outcome on a 5 month old non-abused PS5. Will simply use JB Hi-Fi as a price point for competitors to match in the future.

Sarah is a true superwoman, handling a busy situation with impressive multitasking skills while remaining extremely helpful and patient. Adrian (apologies if I got the name wrong) also stepped in to resolve a technical issue with the payment process efficiently.

I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping at JB HiFi in Top Ryde, and I can't help but share my positive review. This large store offers an incredible range of products, including coffee machines, computers, TVs, mobile phones, Apple computers, gaming accessories, and gaming consoles. It's a one-stop shop for all your tech needs!

First and foremost, I was impressed with how well the store was presented. It was clean, tidy, and everything was organized in a way that made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. It's always a pleasure to shop in an environment that is well-maintained and visually appealing.

The highlight of my shopping experience, however, was the exceptional staff at JB HiFi. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful, but one individual stood out in particular. His name was Alex, and he was truly excellent. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to assist me and my family.

Alex spent a considerable amount of time explaining the differences between various gaming consoles to us. He patiently answered all of our questions and even took the time to engage with the kids, discussing the pros and cons of different options. His expertise and willingness to provide information beyond what was expected was truly impressive.

Dealing with Alex was an absolute pleasure. He was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. He made us feel valued as customers and took the time to ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. It's rare to find someone who is so passionate about their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Overall, my shopping experience at JB HiFi was fantastic and fun, largely thanks to Alex's exceptional service. I left the store feeling impressed and satisfied with my purchase. I believe that having more staff like Alex in the sales and customer service industry would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
