As a first time mum, I was so worried when I had to go back to work and leave my daughter in childcare but Jannali Kinderhaven 1 has been truly amazing. The staffs put so much effort and care during the transition period. My daughter has adjusted really well. She was only 10 months old when she started and the staff gave their best to follow her routines especially nap times. Highly recommended ❤️

I can’t recommend this beautiful daycare enough!

From the very 1st day that my son started the care and education he has been provided with has been exemplary. He absolutely loves going to daycare and his happiness truly puts my mind at ease.

The staff are all just wonderful and really treat you like part of the family. Their genuine dedication and warmth make me feel confident that my son is in the best possible hands.

The facility itself is clean, well-organised, and filled with engaging toys and educational materials. They offer a wonderful variety of activities that keep the children entertained and stimulated throughout the day and Carmela makes lovely nutritious meals!

Knowing my son is happy and safe at jannali haven 1 allows me to focus on my day with a sense of calm and reassurance. I am truly grateful for the amazing care they provide and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a safe, friendly and happy daycare.

Our 15-month-old has been at Jannali 1 for six months now and she absolutely loves it. It's so comforting dropping her off to such a warm and happy team. There are heaps of activities in the nursery so she is always coming home with new skills. The food is amazing too.

I deeply value Kinder Haven 1 for encouraging me to write my first Google review and share feedback. If possible, I would rate this CC with 0 stars. My child attended this center for 2 weeks, during which the CC manager repeatedly contacted me around 11 am in the first week, expressing their inability to manage my child. In the second week, the manager suggested we switch centers, citing an inability to handle my child and noting that they had never faced such a challenging situation before. This statement seems unfair, considering that all children need time to adjust to new environments. It reflects a lack of professionalism, patience, and empathy on the manager's part. I also suspect discriminatory behavior, as my child is the only Asian boy in their room, especially when the manager advised us to cease sending our child there. This experience was highly disappointing and negative. Fortunately, after moving to another CC, we received outstanding support from all educators, and my child quickly adapted to the new environment. In comparison to Kinder Haven 1, this was the worst CC experience we've encountered. I shared my experience with some friends, and they were shocked that such an experience occurred in Australia. We didn't heard any CC like Kinder Haven 1!

Jannali Kinder Haven 1 has truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. My 2-year-old son has only ever been in the care of parents/grandparents and a family daycare educator so we were apprehensive as to how he would settle in to a bigger setting.

From the very first day, it was evident that the staff at Jannali Kinder Haven 1 are not only dedicated professionals but also genuinely caring individuals. The Director, in particular, stood out for her unwavering support. During his first few weeks, she personally checked in with me, offering reassurance and ensuring a smooth transition for both myself and my child. This personal touch meant the world to me and truly set the tone for the exceptional care we received.

The staff at the center are incredibly attentive to my son’s needs and always approachable. It’s obvious they have a genuine passion for what they do. My son is always greeted with a smile, and it’s heartwarming to see how they treat him with such gentleness and understanding.

The program at Jannali Kinder Haven 1 is nothing short of fantastic. It's engaging, fun, and thoughtfully designed to cater to my son’s needs. Whether it's creative activities, outdoor play or educational games/songs I've seen firsthand how my son has thrived in this stimulating environment.

Their communication app is excellent! I’m provided with continuous updates throughout the day, allowing me to stay informed about my son's activities, meals and nap schedule.

The center itself is impeccably maintained. It's evident that cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities, which is especially important and to my relief he hasn't had any sickness which I hear so often happens when little ones start out at daycare. From the play areas to the facilities, everything is so well looked after.
I’m so grateful we have found Jannali Kinder Haven 1!

Cannot recommend this daycare enough. It’s a friendly, homely environment. The staff are so friendly and really care about your child and make a real effort to get to know your child and their needs so quickly. Our baby started at 11 months and the nursery staff went above and beyond to make us and our baby feel comfortable about it all. So grateful we got our daughter into this school.

My daughter has been attending Jannali Kinder Haven 1 for the past 6 months and we couldn’t be happier with the centre. The team are highly professional and experienced making drop off a breeze as you know your child is in wonderful hands. The centre has a warm, homely feel and the staff provide excellent care and attention to your child’s individual needs. The resources are new and varied and the outdoor area has just undergone an great upgrade. The educators provide great learning experiences for the kids and also provide evidence of how these experiences link to key learning outcomes. The meals are fresh and healthy being cooked onsite by a wonderful caring cook who engages daily with the kids to ensure they are well fed and enjoying eating. Finally, communication is excellent and you feel you are being listened to and well informed. I highly recommend this centre, it’s a hidden gem.
