Trainers and assessors were great. Always able to ask questions and be confident that you're being provided accurate information. The trainer catured the content to each individual as required and focused on the elements previous classes had struggled with to give us the best chance.

I recently attended IWP Training and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The instructor Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, making the learning experience both enjoyable and informative.

I was made to feel comfortable in an environment without judgement that usually come from not having any knowledge of the subject.. the team from the lovely receptionist on entry, to the coaches who made learning an easier than thought. A difficult task was made fun for me.. the experience a 10 out of 10.. jame and al thankyou.. Michelle and bek the coffeee madebit so much easier.. ill be back for mor with mfamily who want to upskill as well.. cant fault this team at all..

I have completed three different courses with IWP and have generally had positive experiences, thanks to the friendly and helpful instructors. However, my last course did not live up to the same standard. Although the teacher was personable, the focus seemed to be on showcasing personal expertise rather than facilitating student learning. Additionally, the assessor did not take into account the challenges I faced during the course. To compound matters, my final test paperwork was misplaced, necessitating a second attempt. This series of events has been quite disheartening.
