This place is awesome if you not only want to learn to box, but also have a solid community of great people around you! The coaches and owners are a great bunch of people and very welcoming to all new people no matter the level of experience.

great boxing community for beginners, females, fitness and people wanting to train towards boxing/fighting, knowledgeable coaching, everyone is friendly, big space, quality equipment lots of heavy bags, everyone supports and helps each other. I've trained with Quang for years now and he's helped to guide me towards my first boxing match which I just had and can't thank him enough! I am also a PT and trainer myself so it has helped me learn so much for my own coaching of clients for boxing also.
