Massive thumbs down to Intersport Tamworth today.

My mate and I got hunted out of the store by Owner for enquiring about installation, football boots and browsing around the store to wait for my car to be fixed.

I ended up purchasing 2 items today thanks to wonderful customer service from 2 young men which was great.

But just the rudeness and unprofessionalism from the Owner today constantly saying "Goodbye" , "See you later". Just made me feel not welcomed (as a customer) Yes I am an ex employee but I still go in to say hello and to buy items as a loyal customer that I am.

Just the unfriendly vibe, and constant nagging to get out of the store. For what reason? Talking to your current employees seeking help? Killing time? Beating the heat while browsing? I don't understand, did she just do that to me or has anyone else experienced this type of unprofessionalism?

Ricky and his staff is awesome to deal with. I personally haven’t had any issues shopping there. Was over charged last time I was there. The girl apologised and quickly fixed it up. I’ll continue to go back.

I was the only customer in the whole shop. I noticed there were 4 staff working, two ladies chatting behind the front counter, and two men at the very back of the store. I was wanting to try out and purchase an exercise bike. None of the staff members came to assist, so I called out 'excuse me' twice. Was completely ignored by the staff members chatting at the front of the store. As I was not assisted,and ignored I decided to leave the store. It was only upon departing the store that the staff member asked how I was going, and I told her that since I was ignored I was leaving. She replied that she thought I was in the shoe section, and that one of the staff members at the back would have helped me. Well obviously, the staff member was not at all paying attention because I was no where near the shoe section. Anyway, left with no exercise bike, and Sportsman Warehouse has missed out on a sale.
