Studied with them for a term and they are are asking me to pay for 2 terms

And also they are sending emails every weeks adding $100 for a late penalty

I have been a student for last 5 years never had any kind of this issue but since i joined this college they have been emailing me just for fee!!!

This college will ask for full payment of the course which is ok.
But will demand another payment within 3 months of the course.
Now that is wrong and should be reported to the authorities.
