Thoroughly enjoyed studying with Intercept- Individual support/ Aged care cert 111.
Course content was extensive, relevant to the real world of work and fun. Teacher was a wealth of knowledge and super supportive to everyone in class. I gained employment from my work placement as did many of my classmates. I highly recommend Intercept Training to everyone.

Recently i decided to upskill and acquire 5 new Tickets/Liscences with Intercept Group Training.The whole experience was exceptional ? I have been attending training every 3yrs for over 20yrs. This is the most enjoyable and engaging First Aid training I have ever participated in. The Educator was knowledgeable very passionate. I highly recommend to all. It is easy to see why he is the General Manager. We were lucky to have him fill in when our trainer fell ill.

Understanding and Safe place for people with anxiety.
I had a major anxiety attack and walked out halfway through my course with no warning
The trainers noticed I was gone and one rung me and came out to talk to me in my car and help me calm down and get through the rest of the day.
