From day one and for two years, there was nothing Daniela, Melissa and the teachers couldn't sort out. Everything is at ease for them, with smiles and care. So much love and attention given to kids and so many details provided for the parents. Daily updates through the app, clear written communication and attention to every child's needs/behaviour/progress. Pepi made wonderful memories with his favourite teachers being Cinzia, Rosni, Marta, Taslima and Wendy 🙂 And don't forget just so many events and parties for both kids and their parents. So much fun, so much learning. Great values overall. Kids learn how to process, share, care, and the most important - how to be kids surrounded by love. Your kid will be very lucky to become part of the Integricare Turrella community ?

I have been part of this centre for more than 5 years, for both of my kids. The educators are warm and take care of my kids very well. My kids and i made so many friends, we become family. Communication is great - Daniela, Melissa and educators in charge are very supportive. Foods are yummy, my kids like it.

Disappointed ?
Despite the few good reviews ,While the kindy room (2-3yo) was great to start they didn’t pick up my daughter speech delay, they sort of rush me to change her to the next room where the 3,4,5 year old kids were all together.
First day at this new room “Boori” no one welcomed us , it didn’t look quite right when I tried to talk one of the teachers about toilet training , my daughter was toilet trained at that time but of course she is 3yo she needed some sort of guidance when cleaning … straight away she replied we r not allowed to touch children!
Like what an answer! And the tone , not good.
From smiles and blowing a kiss at drop off and pick up from the kindy room , everything turned into a daily scream and crying .
***ok prepare yourself , 1 week after when I was picking up my daughter ,this boy , older maybe 5 yo come straight to kick my daughter in the back while she is ready to slide down the slide, thanks God I was there I stopped him , I look around no one there , I kneel down to put my daughter shoes and same boy come behind and kick ME!!! I was shocked he seemed to enjoy it! I got so furious and again shocked , no teachers around , I went to complain, they minimise what just occurred to me, they said he has problems,he is special needs, he Supposed to have someone looking after him but hey not that day ! not that 5-8 min I was there !
Next week my daughter got pushed and when my partner ask teachers why is she crying they said “ awww nothing happened , she just cries when she sees u , lie! He saw her crying from a bit before he made his entrance , he asked my daughter she points the slide again and her hands , then a casual /new teacher said “ohh yeah 5 min ago she was pushed by a boy but it was an accident .
The fact of lying was the cherry on top .
Daughter no longer there , she is extremely happy in a new center, where her class is only 3 yo and teachers are super warm, keep me updated during her day with photos(Integricare didn’t),cameras everywhere, not 30 kids in one room and it seems she actually learning stuff, the boori room was like a playroom all the time I was there .
Parents please follow your gut with your kids if something doesn’t feel right then u already have the answer .

Where do I start? Every single one of the teachers, Melissa, and Daniela have become part of my family. They take care of my girls as if they are theirs. I cannot recommend this beautiful centre enough, the teachers are nurturing, encourage and provide all the support based on what your child needs. I will never forget what you have all done for my girls and the way you have supported their development. THANK YOU!

The Centre has been amazing in providing hygienic, delicious, variety of nutritious food for my child. My daughter loves the food, I even asked few recipes from the chef, Antonette ? The staffs are friendly and I really recommend the centre.
