My daughter attended this center for 2years.This is a wonderful place,and even now, she still talks about it every day,even though she has moved on to kindergarten.My daughter really misses her teachers and the environment at the center.The teachers offer a variety of engaging activities that help the children develop in all areas,from communication and creativity to physical skills.My daughter became very confident when starting her new school, thanks to the strong foundation the childcare center provided.She learned how to write, add numbers,recognize numbers,and many other things.I'm very grateful for the dedicated teachers at the school who have always taken care of and supported my daughter throughout her time there.This center is truly a wonderful place that helps children grow in all aspects.highly recommend!

Our experience with this childcare center has been highly disappointing. The teachers are unqualified, lacking both the necessary experience and training, which raises serious concerns about the quality of care provided. The owner’s interactions with the children have been troubling; she seems to handle them poorly, leaving many children visibly uncomfortable and frightened. Additionally, she has not been transparent or forthcoming with us as parents.

The food provided to the children is of very low quality, with little to no variety, which is not conducive to a healthy diet. During the few months my daughter attended, she suffered from severe nappy rash, which even led to bleeding. Upon closer observation, I discovered that her diaper was not being changed throughout the day; I had marked it in a particular way and found it unchanged from the morning.

Another concerning aspect is the restricted access for parents. We are only allowed to pick up and drop off our children from a small area by the front door, under the pretense that seeing parents might upset other children. This reasoning is flawed, as happy, well-engaged children would not react so strongly.

On one occasion, I arrived to find my daughter watching TV and eating chocolate, an inappropriate activity for such a setting. It is unfortunate that our child had to endure such a negative experience, and I sincerely regret having placed her there.

My son started this preschool due to previous centre trauma. He is a very kind kid he gets scared and sad when strict and firm voice is used on him. At previous center he would always say he doesnt want to go to school.
After many research i came across this centre.
The owner and the stafd members were soo welcoming and flexible with my criteria.
Now its been a year yet my son gets excited and look forward to go school everyday due to the ambiance and the environment created by all the teachers. His class room teacher Miss Anna And Miss Marwa has also put so much effort for his school readiness which got him in the private school on what we were aiming for.

To my experience and observation the Innocent Minds Preschool Academy is one of the top centres for preschool age children. Their educational method to teach children is among the best in Australia. They work on children to be independent, creative and problem solving. I highly appreciate their efforts and do not hesitate to refer parents with young children to this place. Highly recommend!

He enjoys attending this centre as it has allowed him to learn how to interact with other children and the learning programs that are offered are absolutely fantastic. Gina and the team are awesome. Thank you so much for all the hard work you all put in.

One of the most difficult decision a parent has to make when returning to work after maternity leave is looking for a daycare perfect for her child. I highly recommend Punchbowl World of Learning and I have good reasons too. My daughter's develpoment in cognitive function, her speech, behavioural and gross motor has been very pleasing. The teachers are very helpful. Gina the centre manager is extremely kind and so helpful. She is always there for support. Recently I was offered to work at Campbelltown for 3 weeks and she went out of her way to organise a place for my Daughter. Such an amazing person and so professional.

Gina has been nothing but fantastic and by far the most reliable and caring person in child care. My niece has been attending this centre for sometime now. I have noticed that her speech has improved dramatically and her confidence when interacting with others have also excelled. The few times i have dropped her off and picked her up, she always seems to be in a happy mood and seems to be enjoying herself. When your child is young you want to know they are well taken care of, before receiving a good educational program. Bonus, shes also learnt alot too!!
