18 months and only did hands on work about 5 times. The rest of the time was spent reading books and in many classes we barely did that. $27,000 to not learn any hands on stuff, read a book, and talk about unrelated topics.

IMTI is an essential part of getting your license. Their instructors are knowledgeable members who were tradesman. The review for the licensing exams was extremely helpful in getting my license. Their bookstore had all the state required books for taking your test for your license. I would recommend this organization to anyone who is serious about getting their license in the state of CT.

Attended IMTI twice for my weekend Saturday and Sunday classes before I took my P1 and S3 licenses. Teachers went thru the whole code book to be able to past our tests. Great teachers and I would recommend this school even though it was a 1 hour drive each way to travel to this school. Thank You IMTI.

Took my p-1 and p-2 refresher course for the tests. Had Mark as a teacher did a tremendous job. He took the time to show us how to navigate the book, went over step by step how to go over math problems for sizing. Can’t say enough good things about what this course offered

This is one of the few schools that gives continuing education classes for plumbers and they do a really great job. My husband went here when he had to renew his CT license and he was very impressed. They give a very thorough review of all the material that is needed. Teachers are knowledgeable professionals. Highly recommend.

I have been attending courses at IMTI since the early 90’s. While I have tried other training providers over the years for the annual electrical CEUs, I always return to IMTI. The quality is superior and they offer the best value for your time and money. This year’s CEU class was taught by Dawson - he was great. Probably one of the best instructors I’ve had over the years.

Great School, for someone who wants to pursue a lifetime skill of a trade. Every Imti staff is knowledgeable and really wants and will do whatever they can to get you to succeeded.

Night classes are a bonus that not every trade school offers, it lets you get the education and still work a full time job.

Highly recommended anyone who wants to be in a trade to come to this school. You won’t regret it.

Usually, I regret doing my continuing education every year, because sitting in class for four hours is pretty boring., but I will say this year the class went by pretty quick.. The instructor was very thorough and made the class very interesting.
