Includa has supported my son for many years, with the last 9 months being 24/7 in his own home. I haven’t had a proper support worker for two months, after that worker tried to end the supports shift early so she could do personal stuff, while getting paid for it. I haven’t been offered any one time supports in that time, making me miss important appointments
When I finally get a new worker (of a pair) she rams into the back of me with a trolley, misgenders me (after saying she had multiple non-binary friends) and almost slammed into the back of a car by recklessly swerving. And this week the other worker, who I was to meet for the first time canceled for personal reasons, but again I wasn’t offered a replacement. I was also given a coordinator who doesn’t work on the day I have supports so I can’t get any help if there are issues.

Sincere sickeningly shocking disappointment.

So-named “Support Worker” proved WAY more harm than good. Had thought to be very genuine, however turned-out over to be a “Jekyll & Hyde” character which included my having to report matters to the Police after theft’5+! from my home and effectively ‘from my person’. Includa MUST also have/advise current & any future NDIS client participants of its’ policies/rules & regulations etc. rather than letting be chopped & changed by worker/s as suits them. These ‘mixed-messages’/blurred lines can create a power-play dynamic by workers over clients.

I have been harmed by your worker and just as well reconnected with family when did for what it’s worth as THIS situation could have truly DONE ME IN.

The person placed with should not be with ANY vulnerable person/s AT ALL. PLEASE PROTECT OTHERS!!!

Seeking a formal written apology from Includa Management/Ownership for putting me in an unsafe support situation AND for not providing me ANY information nor copy of NDIS Service Agreement.
