I need to compliment Coach Adam and his training. In one session he manages to cover a warm-up, flexibility, strength, endurance, technique, combos, team-work and more. I find each session covers all aspects of the body (which pointed out many of my weak areas I didn’t even know about) and each session is unique which doesn’t allow for boredom and broadens the capabilities of the body and mind. He motivates and inspires. He makes everyone feel welcome and builds confidence. He’s patient with beginners. He critiques positively. He brings structure thats easy to follow and allows for the student to build their skills upon. I’ve trained on and off for 15 years and Coach Adam has been the best I’ve come across.

We can’t say enough positive things about IMC ! With our two boys competing against this schools students for over a year in competition and seeing how focused disciplined and skilled they were we decided we needed to make the switch. Both our boys now do their full offerings of Martial Arts and we can’t wait to see them excel to new levels.

We highly recommend this school to ANYONE even considering putting their child or even adult into martial arts, the senseis are fantastic and understand everyone is at different stages of their martial arts journey and will cater to each individual child or adults levels and needs, martial arts changed our kids lives and the only thing we would change about their journey so fair is making this school our first choice.

Great location, great facilities and a very passionate family run business. I felt welcomed and they treated my son very professional and kept trying to get him involved in the activities. The boys who teach the kids are amazing and very respectful yet make it so much fun. Great for Young kids to get there confidence up and involved with a team. Absolutely love it. Thankyou 🙏

Excellent training facility with many martial arts disciplines to enjoy. The team is incrediblely supportive, with a great fun environment to help you reach your goals. The coaches are very knowledgeable and bring out the best in everyone.
And I can't forget the lovely lady in the office who keeps us all focused and on track.

It’s been a pleasure to start my martial arts journey at IMC Tweed Heads. Kickboxing classes have been great fun and challenging. I like that it is a family run gym and the coaches really invest in your progress. Highly recommended!

IMC tweed heads is a lovely family owned gym, who welcome everyone from beginner to advanced with open arms! As soon as I stepped foot in their dojo I could tell for the warm friendly and happy vibe that this was where I’ll stay! I cannot recommend them enough! The skills and knowledge the instructors have is amazing and every lesson I learn so much. They are very supportive and patient! If your looking to start martial arts or continue your journey I highly recommend IMC tweed heads!
