Service was excellent. Staff knew where everything was in the shop and this made it really easy for me to find some items I had trouble finding. Although the shop is very small and cramped. It has a lot of it variety in a small space. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone trying to find anything from window scrapers to milk. I absolutely loved my experience at this humble and welcoming environment. I rate 11/10

It's a good IGA with a good range of products and a fairly large fresh produce section. But they do run out of bread pretty early tho, so get there early if you want bread 🙂

I'm biased as I worked there for many years. But only after I visited many other supermarkets did I realise that the range of goods and quality of fruit & veg, meat, bread is really great. And its all packed into a smaller space so you don't spend 40mins going from one end to the other to get all the things you want.

West Pymble IGA has most things you need. Parking is great but staff aren't very friendly and product prices aren't competitive at all. There is wheel chair access from the parking lot although some aisles are narrow so I'm not sure if it is considered wheelchair accessible. Staff know where everything is in the store. When the store is busy it is inconvenient because the store is on the small side.

Selection is good given the space and people always friendly. My only frustration is the number of times I've carefully selected fruit and veg and then the young cashier drops it into the bag. They don't shop or cook probably so they don't understand bruising - it's a training thing.
