I have recently signed my 19 month old up for kindergym, did not disappoint! Such a warm a welcoming atmosphere.

It was not only fun for her it was fun for us as parents too, participating and encouraging her motor skills, confidence and over all a great bonding experience.

If you are looking for an activity for your little one to do I would highly recommend kindergym fun for the whole family.

Sporting grounds are great quality but site does not currently have parking so I would hate to attend regularly. The parking across the road at the shops does not have convenient pathways to the sports centre if you have a pram. There is a lot of construction currently which is also inconvenient.

No progress in learning gymnastics here, your child will continuously complete the same lesson each week and will become bored. It was a waste of money enrolling here, look for businesses whom are invested to want children to progress and ask them for a calendar schedule of what they will offer if you enroll.

Too many classes, too many children, but very little care and attention from the instructors. This place only cares about money, they keep children on the same level again and again to earn money. I sit there and watch each session to see no attention being given to individual students. The instructors back is usually turned and kids do what they want to. We changed to another gymnastic centre even though already paid the yearly membership fee. Not worth wasting time and energy driving your child there, believe me.

The facilities here are fantastic. Parking is, on most days easy to come by, this review is based on the gymnastics kids classes.

Warm-up: well structured covering general and specific. Good enough to get the kids warm. I'd prefer to see a group warm-up instead of splitting the kids into their groups and having one instructor per group. The kids get no assistance with correcting their form or movement patterns during the warm-up. Having a group warm-up would allow one instructor to demonstrate and the other instructors to assist and correct the movement.

The class: class sizes are either to big or not enough instructors. On average there are 9/12 kids in a class. There is either plenty of sitting about by the kids or movement not performed correctly. I get that it takes years to master gymnastics, getting a strong foundation in the basics is key.

Cool down: usually game based.

My three kids love the gymnastics, we would consider doing another day a week, up from one to two, however there is no discount for doing multiple days. If they had more instructors or smaller classes it would be worth it. I can see it being difficult to progress only doing one session a week.

No parking. Outdated, the facility can not cope with the amount of people for an event. Hardly any seating. All the grassed area is bindi. Not the experience it’s should be.

I’ve complained about this before, to no avail. For the love of god, please turn down the air freshener. The entire gym stinks- but in particular the foyer and bathroom are unbearably smelly. It’s SO bad for general health to be breathing in this synthetic floral stink.
A quick google of ‘endocrine disruptors’ will hopefully have some impact
