A 10pm call to HVC not problem. David responded at took care of our unwell Emma. The follow up and advice was exceptional.
The care and professionalism was amazing.

Wow, what can you say about this clinic. Very professional but all the same so very nice. The receptionist was just so helpful and the vet was so lovely. Looked after our little dog like it was there’s. Great guys thank you all so much.

I had an equine emergency and contacted the reception here. I was told a vet would be on the way in 2 hours. I confirmed and waited. 30 minutes from the scheduled time I called to confirm the vet was still coming. Unfortunately for my horse the vet wasn't coming and had cancelled to go elsewhere. No call was made to me nor do I believe they intended to call me. Very poor service.

I previously posted a negative review as we had no vet turn up or calls made to us regarding any problems as to why he couldn't attend to our cattle. I was a little too hasty in posting a review.
Sometimes things happen that are out of our control , & this was the case with our Vet. There had been an accident where a student was injured & had to be transported to hospital. The Vet rang the next morning & has since been to check our cattle. Student & cattle all on the mend. Sorry for the previous post that has now been deleted.

First time and very happy with the help and attention given to my pup. The vet had a lot of useful advice on issues that i had concerns regarding my pups health and ongoing issues. I left knowing they care about their patients and the price of the visit/treatment very reasonable .
